About Viki DeMars
Viki started DeMars TechComm Services because of her interest in technology and her passion for helping companies and organizations take a proactive, user-centered approach in identifying and addressing their communication-related business challenges.
Viki is a seasoned professional communicator offering more than 20 years experience working in and with diverse industries including infrared, software, telecommunications, education, insurance, and electric utility. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Scientific and Technical Communications from Michigan Technological University, and has been heavily involved with promoting the use of thermal imaging technology for the past eight years.
She is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communication and has worked in the technical communication field as both an employee and as a contractor. Her education, skills, and experience in using technology have allowed her to work independently and with “virtual teams” on both a national and international level.
